Too many possibilities. Depending on the UTM you have, they include proxies in some cases. WatchGuard, Sonicwall.... if you're a Cisco shop, then I'd look at the Web Security Appliance (regardless of whether you choose on premise or cloud).

A router is a networking device that forwards data packets between computer networks. Routers perform the "traffic directing" functions on the Internet.
