Which smartphone or tablet has the best note-taking functions?
I found one at a store, Samsung Galaxy Note 8, that seemed impressive. Could write notes on it just like with an ordinary pen on paper. Is this the best there is on the market, or is there any other note-taking smartphone that is much better?
Except the function to take notes just like with an ordinary pen on paper but instead on the smartphone with an electronic pen, I also want to be able to easily and quickly find any small note. So there should be possible to save each note and label each note so I can find it later using any of several search criteria.
Also useful would be to easily be able to cut parts of a note and paste somewhere else to other notes (move parts of notes to other notes).
Or would a tablet like Samsung Tab J be even better than a note-taking smartphone?

Thanks, I might choose both of them, seem very useful for me. For Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 I found a keyboard also I can attach so I can use it like a laptop when needed. Perhaps I even could move notes between the Tab S3 and the Note 8, and also to Windows or Mac.
Samsung's own notes can be cloud based (with a Samsung account), as well as copying files from the folder on your phone memory to your tablets is an option (though cumbersome and error prone).
If you move to the more simple Google Keep, then it's fully synced everywhere.

What about Samsung being refused by airlines? Is that still the case that some airlines don't allow Samsung on board their aircrafts?
And does it come to the same thing whether to choose between Note 8 and Galaxy Tab S3 (either will do)? If I want the really best one, is there any I should choose before the other?
