How do I use this regenerator ? I can download it on a next pc ?? Put it on a flash and boot it on the bad pc ??
You should download the Ultimate Boot CD that has plenty of utilities and you should be able to get to your data.

http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/download.html
I left it overnight on startup repair and it says attempting to repair errors ??

Should I leave it to repair ??

This is over 8 hours now it doing this
I would let it go. Wait till it finishes or fails. Then do a backup and replace the drive.
>> How do I use this regenerator ? see the program site for more info first
>>  I can download it on a next pc ??   <<  yes
>>  Put it on a flash and boot it on the bad pc ??   <<  yes

what i do is this :
i start from a bootable cd with the HDDRegenerator on it, and start it up
it detects all drives on your system; normally 1 = your OS drive you boot from, and 2 = the problem drive, so select 2
then it asks what to do  -  i Always select 1= scan and repair
then it proposes to start from sector 0  - - - just hit enter to confirm
when it starts, it will display the estimated time after running about 1-3 %
It is currently still on startup repair repairing errors but I have no idea if anything happening
It seems to be having a lot of bad sectors, I recommend you to replace your HDD and buy a new one
Btw this is windows start up repair eh

Not no regenerator
Use this simple software  https://www.hdsentinel.com/  to ensure that your HDD has a bad sector or not instead of wasting your time
That involves booting to flash ?
what about my comment about HDDReg ?
If you want solving your problem you must have the tools to perform this task like a flash or a CD in order to test or setup.
startup repair is not enough
So nobus Hdd regenerator could probably sort of fix my hard drive and cause it to start up properly ?
if the problems come from bad sectors - YES in more than 60% of the case - 100% recovery    http://www.dposoft.net/hdd.html
you can even download for free - and check if it repairs your first bad sector - then buy it

**once i rebooted everytime, and repaired so sector after sector
it took half a day, but even that worked
I'm testing the demo version

It is picking up lots of delays

No bad sector found as yet though

What does this mean ?
It is on 7 percent and 55 delays detected so far
let it run ...it goes slow on bad sectors  -but speeds up on good ones
Ok well I don't think it fix any delay parts
It finished it said 156 delays detected that is all

0 bad sectors
This is demo version ...... would the paid make a difference?
What's a good Linux program I can boot to flash in to get the data off at first before running Hdd regenerator

I see someone said something about ultimate boot cd
i usually take the drive out, and connect it to a desktop
if that's no option, use the live cd 's of knoppix or ubuntu
http://www.knopper.net/knoppix-mirrors/index-en.html
I ended up downloading ubcd but I trying to run photorec and it taking over 20 minutes to load

Is this normal ?
I trying to wipe the drive and install windows but it not working

I guess this means the drive really gone through
What is the error you received ?
The mouse keeps circling and takes very long before you can click something
What is the media you use to install windows?  if you use a flash change it to DVD media and try again if the problem exists try to clean the RAM
and change the DIM of the RAM and change the cable of HDD  then test if you still stuck , you should replace your HDD
I was able to install windows but it still moves a bit slow upon booting

I download hd sentinel trial and it says health is bad at 19%
i want to tell you before that sentinel is magnificent ,, your hard disk is absolutely damaged
Replace it
It working right now I guess that means it just a matter of time before it unusable ??
If hd sentinel reports that your HDD health is 19% this means that your HDD has a lot of bad sectors and you will not able to enjoy your PC,
It will still moves a bit slow upon booting and in windows(It may seem that every thing is OK but after a few time you must have to replace your HDD)
Would you recommend that software over regenerator?
HDD Regenerator for fix and repair bad sectors and it takes long time to know if the HDD has bad sectors or not but (hd sentinel)is practical
than regenerator it reports the health and bad surface immediately, It is a useful software
Ok does sentinel fix as well?
It's for Reporting Only.......So it's practical than regenerator it says the problem and you take the decision
the best recovery software i know is GetDataBack - it's not free- but worth every penny  http://www.runtime.org/
you can run it for free- and it will show what can be revered - you only pay to be able to store the data

if you want a free one - try easus recovery   https://www.easeus.com/datarecoverywizard/free-data-recovery-software.htm
