Did you mean create or open? Assuming you mean open, the question becomes whether you meant inbound or outbound. Also, it works a little different for each firewall. So are you using WIndows firewall or a different product on the machine in question?

There is a firewall involved.... either going to be Windows Firewall (which is a part of the OS), or a part of suite (i,e, Norton Internet Security). Which antivirus software do you have?

Here's the instructions for Windows Firewall (which is built into Windows and sounds like it's what you need):

1. On the Start menu, click Run, type WF.msc, and then click OK.
2. In the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security, in the left pane, right-click Inbound Rules, and then click New Rule in the action pane.
3. In the Rule Type dialog box, select Port, and then click Next.
4. In the Protocol and Ports dialog box, select TCP. Select Specific local ports, and then type the port number(s). In your particular case, type "8752, 8090" (without the quotes). Click Next.
5. In the Action dialog box, select Allow the connection, and then click Next.
6. In the Profile dialog box, select any profiles that describe the computer connection environment, and then click Next.
7. In the Name dialog box, type a name and description for this rule, and then click Finish.

Those instructions work if you want to have both ports in a single rule. You could also opt to have separate rules for each port.

Ah. You could install an FTP server, and configure it to listen on those ports.
