Can I use a Chromebook to visit flagged websites?

Sometimes legitimate websites such as for hotels or companies get flagged by my Malwarebytes Pro as scam websites (the websites get blocked):

"Malwarebytes blocked a suspected bad URL or an unwanted program."

In these cases, as I need to visit for example a hotel's website to make a booking, would it be safe to use a Chromebook instead? Or use another solution to visit this website?

My idea with a Chromebook was to visit the website to get the e-mail address and make the reservation that way. I throwed my mobile already because I had spyware on it since long time ago (got it via a MMS message I opened). And the headset I have now, I can't use it for Skype, is not Skype compatible.

Otherwise generally, is that a safe method to use a Chromebook to visit flagged websites just to get an e-mail address? Or use a usb installed operative system which can't be saved anything on?

Thanks, a Chromebook will be a good idea for these occasions.
