EAS Issues with three users.
Hi All,
One of a user reported issue, that user is unable to get connect the Mailboxes using with Mobile devices. Getting error message " Cannot get Mail: The connection to the server failed".
Is that anything else we can do and make changes in Active directory or Exchange mailboxes?
I have verified in the EAC and enabled the active sync option in the Exchange 2016. Please suggest me on this.

Hi,
You can do different things.
1. Check the Event Logs in Security to check if password or username is wrong in the mobile. You can get credentials errors.
2. Create the same email account in your mobile to verify all the settings how must be apply or any other issue.
3. Enable Exchange Active Sync Mailbox Logs and reproduce the problem to check the Logs. Find the article to see how can enable it.

This issue is reported at present for three users and these three accounts are Exchange oraganize administrators group. Just research purpose I have removed the user account, but not able to configured it on Exchange Active sync on mobile device. Its either Android or ios.

Does it negative impact? If I inherit the permissions level for particular user,will it be changes for all the users (or) for entire directory structure tree under ADUC in exchange server side.
P.S:
We have separate exchange member servers-2016 and DC hosted on different servers.

No it will effect only one user on which you will make changes.
