Extracting only body text from an email using VBA in outlook

Hi guys/girls,
I have been searching for several days, and cannot find a definitive answer, so I'm asking directly :-(

I have a VBA script that is rule triggered to save certain mails to text files. Works fine.
Except: the mail body text also contains the from/to/cc/subject etc fields. I just want the actual body.

Any (simple) ideas?

I attached the script (which should be a nice loop, but I never got around to making it).
