Free client utility for GitHub Enterprise

Experts, please let me know if there is any free client utility that I can use for GitHub Enterprise. I think SourceTree supports GitHub.com, but not GitHub enterprise, please correct me if I am wrong. For some reasons, GitHub Desktop version can't be used. Please let me know if there are any other utilities that I can use to connect to my office GitHub repository.

It is free. It will work on windows as well as on Mac.

Yes it is free for students and educational purposes only. Are you using this for your organization ?

I am actually researching a few tools that I can suggest to my organization. When I downloaded, there was no separate versions for students. If you see the screenshot, it just wont allow me to login to to Github enterprise which means the free version doesn't support this option.

Yeah I don't get the problem with Github desktop (which is free mind you). I use it to connect to our Github Enterprise instance all the time. As asked, please describe the issues encountered with using Github desktop.
