Software/methods to query all past sent & received Outlook emails to add email auto complete entries

Around five to seven years ago I discovered several utilities that would query all email addresses within a user's Outlook Inbox and Sent emails folder and would then add these email addresses to a user's Outlook auto complete email address entries. The email address auto complete entries are the email addresses that appear within the Outlook address bar whenever the first few letters of a user's email address or name are typed in the address bar.

I need to do this with Outlook 2016.

Where can I download these types of utilities from?

I see that this script is designed for Outlook 2010. Will this script also work with Outlook 2016?
