Around five to seven years ago I discovered several utilities that would query all email addresses within a user's Outlook Inbox and Sent emails folder and would then add these email addresses to a user's Outlook auto complete email address entries. The email address auto complete entries are the email addresses that appear within the Outlook address bar whenever the first few letters of a user's email address or name are typed in the address bar.<br />
