Microsoft Skype MOS Score

Normally I've seen MOS scores on a 1 to 5 point scale. But in Skype for Business Call Analytics they're expressed a decimal. e.g.

Average network degradation 0.009717 MOS

What are they saying? Is that a 4.93 MOS score?

MOS is good, you need to focus on Packet Loss and Jitter.

Thanks Amit. But the question is just asking about how that number is derived. I'm not trying to solve voip quality issue per se in this question. Although I do have a number of issues there too.
Whenever an user have a Lync call/PSTN call CDR capture network traffic and call quality based on few parameters. These parameters are Jitter, Packet loss and MOS.

so anything is showing in amber/warning level means there was some issue with call due to network. it can be due to latency, packet Loss or low bandwidth availability.
Thank you again Amit. Let's use a different number. Let's say that Call Analytics showed a MOS value of .1. How would that equate to a normal MOS score?
