iPhone App To Record Telephone Conversations

Apple makes it hard (impossible?) for apps to do this purely on the iPhone, since apps can't access the microphone hardware, etc.  But there are a few apps that use the 3 way call feature of a phone call to bring the recording service into the call.  Take a look at:

The only way to do call recording for both parties is to get an Android phone and search for ACR in Google Play Store.

Apple is rather rigid if its products might violate laws in some countries on the Earth whereas Google might follow the same path if Google has full control from design to production of smartphone.
