Microsoft Access 2016 Long-Text - how to retain BOLD/ITALICS when export into MS Word
In my MS Access 2016 database, one of the fields is LONG-TEXT type. I use this field for several paragraphs written information, some of which need BOLD or ITALICS.
How do I Export this information into Microsoft Word, and still Retain the BOLD / ITALICS formatting ?

Not sure you can. Access uses HTML inside the text This is probably getting stripped when you export the data. If you create a report instead of using Word, that might solve the problem.

Thanks for your answer. Yes, I came to the same Conclusion by experimentation.
But my project requires that the Microsoft-Access output to be exported into Microsoft-WORD.
QUES: Is there some sort of work-around, in order to retain the BOLD/ITALICS (from Microsoft-Access), when exported into Microsoft-Word ?

Not that I know of either.
Obviously, you could copy and paste the data manually, ...but this would not really be "automated".
