Exchange Problem after MIgrating

Hello,
i migrated sbs 2011 with exchange to windows server 2012 r2 .
on the new server is the domain controller with IP 192.168.1.3 and exchange under Hyper-v also server 2012 r2 with the IP 192.168.1.4.
both servers were migrated from SBS 2011 were exchange and DC was on the same windows .
after migrating every  thing working well ECP and OWA , all Data is on new Server.
the Problem i have is with Outlook if im trying to connect with IP address 192.168.1.4 i get this error The connection to Microsoft exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.
because of the migration and that  the both DC and Exchange  was on same windows server so i tryed to connect to exchange with the domain controller IP 192.168.1.3
and i get this : it ask  for authentification and if i put my admin user and pass , it  will find the right server name and user.
after this i try to start outlook i get this error: your standard email addresse cannot open , before your folder with outlook file .ost syncronisiere . you need a connection with exchange with your actuel Profile.

sorry for my englich i tryed to translatte the error from German to englich.
so how can i by pass this error.
thank you
best regard

Hi Ali,

You have migrated to a new Exchange. Which version do you have in the new Exchange server?

At this moment the users continues to be in the old server in SBS?

HI Ali,

Which error do you have when you try to connect exteranlly?

What certificate do you have? self-signed, third party?

Regards
Valentina
Hi, im using Self signed cert.
Errors i got i explained with My First comment,
So what i think is Even if i give ip addresse of Exchange in Outlook it still looking to connect throw the Server Name and Not IP
.
If PC is in Same Network Not over VPN Outlook will connect if the DNS in PC located to DC.

Hi,
I put My Exchange Name with ip in the host file , now i can Ping the Exchange Server Name but the Problem still occured.
If i put in Outlook the ip addresse of Exchange it wont found it.
If i put in Outlook the ip addresse of the Domain Controller it will found the Exchange Name ( thats what is wierd for me Why it doesnt found Exchange directly and only over the ip of Domain Controller)
So After found Exchange over ip of Domain Controller it will Add the Exchange Email , but when i Start Outlook i got this error :
Your Standard Email file kann Not Open , before your file with Outlook file .ost syncronisieren kann, you Need Connection with Microsoft Exchange with your actual Profile .
Thank you
One more thing, im almost sure that the Problem is because the cret. Installed on Domain Controller.
Exchange wont found the Script RpcClientAccessServer under Get-MailboxDatabase Exchange | fl Name RpcClientAccessServer
And under Get-mailboxdatabase Exchange
Return the Objekt Exchange wont found on Server (Domain Controller Name).
So anyone?
