Zyxel USG SSL VPN blank page

Hi

I'm trying to setup an SSL VPN access to one of my client's servers
Unfortunately the published WEB and RDP windows appear as a blank pages

In the case of the WEB page, the Internet Explorer tab icon and name both correspond to the sought remote server (a Synology NAS)
The RDP page however only displays a rectangle thin black border with a white background

I have tried the same setup on a different USG device and obtain the same result

Both routers are up to date with their firmwares
The workstations that I have used to connect have had their JAVA plugins updated too

Access via the SecuExtender client works fine

Any ideas ?
thanks

Try to view the page in Compatibility Mode when it comes up. You need IE for this, I think.

Thanks John

I tried FF and Chrome and both obtain the same result

Unfortunately with RDP one can only use IE, not even Edge with these Zyxel USG routers.

The Zyxel support told me that it as a browser issue but won't provide me (even after asking specifically) with the required settings to get this to work

I will, as they suggest, have to make do with their SecuExtender client
Thanks for the update.  I have had this issue with older routers, but the newer ones now work with most browsers.
These don't seem to be that old : USG60 and USG60W
Ok, I finally go it to work

My two problems were the RDP access via VPN SSL from an Internet Browser as well as access to a Web site located on the clients remote site

When configuring the VPN SSL there is a tab called Global Settings that contains a field called "Network Extension Local IP"

By default this is set to 192.168.200.1

I updated it to the router's LAN IP address : 192.168.0.1

Et voilà, now the RDP and Web redirections (or Reverse Proxy as it is aptly named) are operational

Incidently my first WEB redirection attempt was with a Synology NAS (http://192.168.0.2:5000) which still doesn't work
I then tested the redirection with another Web server and it worked
Thank you for the update. My own Cisco stuff is not so hard to make work, but I appreciate the added information.
