Developing an MS Access Employee Database that can Score Performance
I developed a Mini Database on MS Excel for my office to manage departmental Activities and Score Performance. I am looking at developing same for Individuals in the organisation. I want this version to run on MS Access cause am sure Access Database is better than Excel. How can I make this work on MS Access. I have a fairly good understanding of MS Access but dont know how to relate really go about it. I am attaching a sample of what I would like to achieve but now in MS Excel. Any sugguestions will be welcomed.
