How to hide server information from header of mail like Hostname, Private IP and other private information
I am using exchange server 2010. When I sent email, a header is added in mail. When analyse the header, it gives the information of My MailServers private IP, Host name and other private information which breach in security. Also, if some one send mail to us and goes bounce back because of some reason, it also gives the full informatiom about my private IP As shown below. Instead of Private IP, If public ip is shown, its OK But I want to hide. It will be very much good if it could be like attached file.
1. Any local IP
2. Server Hostname

I think it is possible as I am using Barracuda message gateway. If header has information about Barracuda Hostname and Public IP its ok for me but I dont want to show the private information.
Just to inform you that, Now, I have hidden my Mailbox IP. Just working for HubTransport only. If any one know please share, how can I hide the Hub Transport also.

Hi Arif,
You can ask a moderator to do that by clicking the bell icon at the top of the page.
However, I have done that in this post too.
Mods: I believe from the OPs last post that they want to remove all the private information that is in their OP (the header stuff that is currently going out with all their emails).
Thanks,
Alan.
