I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Add this code to Thisworkbook.

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
Dim lngLastRow As Long
Dim lngRow As Long
Dim ws As Sheet1
Dim strNo As String

Set ws = Sheets("Sheet1")
With ws
    lngLastRow = .Range("A1048576").End(xlUp).Row
    For lngRow = 6 To lngLastRow
        If Cells(lngRow, "B") = "No" Then
            If strNo = "" Then
               strNo = Cells(lngRow, "A")
            Else
                strNo = strNo & ", " & Cells(lngRow, "A")
            End If
        End If
    Next
End With
MsgBox "Work Numbers " & strNo & " are not yet done."
End Sub
