Add border around boxes

Hi there. I need to place a solid blue border around the 3 boxes on this page... https://ccdenver.org/

Any ideas experts?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Looks like the bottom one is what I need although the bottom border cuts off at the bottom of the button and not the entire white box.

.infobox-icon-above-title .uabb-infobox-left-right-wrap, .infobox-icon-below-title .uabb-infobox-left-right-wrap, .infobox-photo-above-title .uabb-infobox-left-right-wrap, .infobox-photo-below-title .uabb-infobox-left-right-wrap {
...
    border: 3px solid gray;
    padding-bottom: 20px;
}

.uabb-infobox {
    background: #ffffff;
