TSM Error exchange backup: ACN5073E None of components entered are in a state to be backed up.

Hi everyone. My scheduled backup for exchange DB/logs is failing with the following message:

ACN5073E None of components entered are in a state to be backed up.

No idea what is happening.

the vss writers are loaded and in a stable state.

Please can anyone help me with this.?
