On-Screen Keyboard

Where can I find Visual Basic 2015 (or greater) code for a virtual/on-screen keyboard?  I want something that is fairly robust.

Thank

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Starting the process was easy.  Killing the process never worked.  So I gave up and decided to create my own control.

One more question.  Why is tabtip.exe being used instead of osk.exe?  Are they different?  If so,  in what way?

I found a file
C:\Windows\System32\osk.exe

I don't know how to launch it from Visual Basic.  Any ideas?
