Exchange DR Setup

The below is the sample Exchange diagram. I want to expose both Primary and Failover Datacenter to Internet for Site Resiliency. But database will mount only in primary datacenter. If internet in Primary fails, through DNS round robin users’ needs to connect Primary data-center through Fail over Data-center. What change I need to do it in Exchange side.
