are you able to find any clues from <b>Event Viewer</b> ?<br />

go under &gt;&nbsp;Event Viewer &gt;&nbsp;Application, and filter <b>Event Sources</b> = MsiInstaller (or similar), see if you got any clues there?<br />

I have downloaded the Runtime from Microsoft and tried to install it. &nbsp;It gets some way through and then give the error 'Microsoft Access Runtime encountered an error during setup'. &nbsp;I have successfully installed it on many Windows 10 clients before.<br />
