Excel - move contents from rows below into different columns in same row

the requirement is to move the population contents from below the heading in Column A, into Column B, on the same row as the Column A heading.
And to delete the "Description" in column A
And in column E, delete Map(PDF)
and move Shapefile (ZIP) to column F, in the same row as the heading in column A, keeping the hyperlink
and move Placemark (KMZ) to column G the same row as the heading in column A, keeping the hyperlink

Please see the example where the top two headings have been changed as required.
