study a new language for mobile application - doubts

Hello guys,

I want to invest some time to study a new language for developing application for mobile (cell phone).

Nowaday I work with Delphi and I know that some last version of it, it is possible to build application for mobile,

but I am not sure if it worths it.

What should be the better language to start it? Java, Delphi, Visual Studio?

I'd like an opinion from you.

Why not to invest some more time - and try few options and compare them - like Delphi (with mobile support), Visual Studio C# (Xamarin), Android Studio (Google), or less know frameworks/tools like Codename One, or Phonegap or Appcelerator Titanium ....
