I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You can export IE favorites to an excel spreadsheet, I believe (and even this is with VBA code), but as to every setting? Not that I know of.

Not sure if this is what your looking for but you can export them to a text file. Run from a command prompt.

First one is for user settings second is for machine settings.

reg export "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer" c:\temp\ie_hkcu.txt
reg export "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer" c:\temp\ie_hklm.txt
