Have you mapped the input column with the output columns?

Please refer this for step by step merge join-

You can attach your package so that i can have a look.?

It seems that the source for at least one of your inputs is not returning any columns.  You should be able to verify this by opening the inputs that lead to the merge join and verify columns are showing.

1. You need 2 datasource for Merge Join.
2. Merge Join has 2 inputs: Left and Right.
3. You have to link one datasource to Left input and other data source to Right input.
4. Then in the editor of Merge Join you have to select desired output columns from both sources.

First sort both the inputs and then use the Merge JOIN.

Put a data viewer on both lines leading from the sort to the merge join, and verify that both have columns.
