Setup Time Machine backup notifications

What software or methods can I use to setup Time Machine backup notifications within macOS Sierra v. 10.12.6?

I have already tried and don't like TMNotifier.

What other methods or utilities are available so I can be notified by email whenever a Mac user's Time Machine backups succeed, fail, or have errors or warnings?

How can this script be modified so that it will also send email notifications whenever a Time Machine backup is successful or if there are any warnings or notifications about the Time Machine backups?

I need to be notified about everything having to do with the Time Machine backups.
