Microsoft's MediaCreationTool

Does Microsoft's MediaCreationTool include the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update? Also the newest security patches included? Or is it just Windows 10 without any security patches present?

"Does Microsoft's MediaCreationTool include the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update?" - yes! Did it multiple times.
"Also the newest security patches included?" - no! The latest update will however be applied if you install it with default settings (which will lead to an automated search for updates already during the installation process).
@Cliff's "there haven't been any cumulative updates for the fall creators update either" - the RTM was 16299.15 but shortly afterwards, a new CU came out which was 16299.19.

Last I heard this is just a base ISO for Windows 10. It should download and install the latest updates during the initial installation of the OS.

I did the Windows 10 ISO about 5 days ago and it had no Creators Update.

If you dowoad the latest tool and run it fresh, at least in the U. S. it generates a "clean" (no cumulative updates) fall creators update media. But, there haven't been any cumulative updates for the fall creators update either, so the tool not including them is kindof a non-issue.

When downloading, do you have the newest mediacreation tool or using an older one.

If not mistaken the version of the tool might be important.
Each update they release is a 5GB download to transition from one version to the next..

Searching for "windows 10 download free" will point to

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

McKnifeCommented:
Correct. Or simply take the ISO from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewadvanced (this will require a microsoft account that is registered for the insider program - you don't need to use the insider program, though. At the moment, that is the only public page I know that let's you download ISOs for enterprise, pro and home directly from Microsoft without using the media creation tool.
