According to this Chase document, supported versions of Windows go from XP to 8. Windows 10 is not included, so the first thing to do is to ask Chase if there is an updated version.

The fuji scanner ix500 was solved with a driver update
The chase scanner needed some adjustment in IE. What I find funny the client was on the phone for hours with chace and there rap did not follow the basic settings that is on their sheet.
