Media Wiki Issue

We recently moved a Media Wiki site to a new host; several issues, all seemed resolved as of last week.

A new issue came to light late last week. See attached.

A person who worked on this site a long time ago said he thought it was caused by a missing "add on". That person is not available to work on the site at present.

I still have access to all the folders, files, database at the prior host. If I did not pull something over, I can still get it but I don;t know where to look.

Any ideas?

Hi,

First when moving web application from a server to another you have to check php.ini and server settings to make sure everything will still work. You can contact the hosting compagny to have more info on how to set a custom php.ini

Check PHP and SQL version (compatibility if you are running PHP7 and you are using old script that 's not going to work as expected...
Check if some folder required specific chmod permission
Check if you have any error using chrome dev tool right click Inspect / console
Check error in PHP log (from Cpanel)
and of course check if all files where transfered

If the domain name changed you may need to edit some settings
if you are using HTTPS  this is usually required some setup..
