How can I create 5160 avery labels in a word document from Names in excel in column A?

How can I create 5160 avery labels in a word document from Names in excel in column A?  I would appreciate 2 sample documents (excel+Word) to do this?  Thank you for your help

1. Start Excel 2016, create a new spreadsheet, type the data in Column A with Heading cell = Name and save the Excel file in a folder;
2. Start Word 2016, create a new document, click Mail tab and click Start Mail Merge and click Label and select Avery 5160 A4/A5, Click Select Recipient and click "Use Existing list" and browse for the folder where you saved the Excel file and click the Excel file
