I have every reason to believe you can use an appropriate KMS key to license Visio 2016. The linked Microsoft document does provide a little guidance. (I would expect it to work materially like other software activated thru KMS.)

I have a KMS for VISIO and PROJECT.
In this case just install the key in VAMT ?
After you've run the Office 2016 Volume License pack as suggested by Seth Simmons, yes.

OK I have installed the Volume Pacl of Office 2016. Then I installed the KMS license from Office 2016.
What about Visio and Project ?
How can I check which licene is installed in KMS ?

Great! Now that the Office 2016 license info is entered into the VAMT, you should now also be able to enter in the keys for Visio and Project... and they should all be visible in VAMT.
I cannot see any key in VAMT tool.
Under PRODUCT KEYS, all is empty.
Where can I see it ?

Are you using Active directory based activation?
(Are both Product Keys and Active Directory-Based Activation empty?)
What does 'slmgr /dvi all' return? (Does it at least give you return of a partial key?)

Hi I was able to install the product key of Office 2013. :-)
But when I want to import the key of office 2016 then VAMT tool is not supported to do this:
Error: The specified product key is invalid, or is unsupported by this version of VAMT. An update to support additional products may be available online.
