IES-708-22A factory default without password?

I have an IES-708-22A that the password has been forgotten on. I have tried the default login of "admin" and password of "1234" with no success. The information on it is not particularly important, so overwriting it is fine. I read in the manual for the unit that the default configuration file needs to be loaded and it will default the unit's login and password. Does anyone know where this configuration file can be found? Is there any other way to reset the unit to default without the password?

You may be able to get a default config file from the switch's download page (not working for me right now though)
http://www.zyxel.com/support/support_landing.shtml

Otherwise the only source other than another working switch of the same model will be zyxel's support at a cost.

You need to use a computer with terminal emulation software configured
to the following parameters:

• VT100 terminal emulation
• 9600 bps
• No parity, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit
• No flow controlConnect the male 9-pin end of the console cable to the console port of the IES-708-22A.
Connect the female end to a serial port (COM1, COM2 or other COM port) of your computer and run CLI command.

Unfortunately it looks like to follow that guide I would need to have the password to access the unit to download that configuration file, which I do not. Is there any other way to grab that file?

Thank you for this, the site isn't working for me either but I'll try again tomorrow. Hopefully they have it and if not I guess I'm calling Zyxel!
