asked on Outlook 2016 crashes when moving between folders and back to inbox
viewing any folder inside Outlook 2016 (using on premise Exchange server), no issues...but you go back to the inbox and Outlook crashes every time.
changed view settings - still crashed
scanpst found no issues found
created a new profile and it worked for 2 days and now back to same issue.
outlook safe mode works perfectly.
It only crashes when you go from the inbox to any other folder and then back to the inbox.

Run Outlook in safe and test again.

outlook safe mode works fine everytime
Try to disable all add-ins. If it helps, enable them one by one to find one causing crash.
