Windows mirror with bit locker on windows 7 ult

Good morning all,
I have a user that was using a machine on w7 pro with diskcryptor and windows mirror all well until the first SSD failed and the second hadn't been updated correctly. tears all round  but thank goodness for backup copies, Hurrah !!

So I'd like a check list or procedure from someone as I build him a new machine on Windows 7 ult for bit locker and using windows to mirror the 2 Samsung SSD drives. the drives did mirror ok-ish last time as bootable unit with the message about secondary plex coming up at startup so they must be MBR types.

I'm doing a dry run later today before doing it for real tomorrow.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you're building a new PC, just go ahead and get a good motherboard with a RAID controller on the board. That way you can avoid entirely the flakeyness of Windows-based RAID solutions.
