I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Confirm please.  The Remote Desktop Services service on a system is restarting every 30 minutes?
Have you looked in the Windows System event log at the time during which the restart occurs to see if an error or reason is logged?

event log ? how? and wich is the code

If you are connected to the system, select the start/windows button and start typing 'event' -- and it should give you the option for "Event Viewer".  Select that, and navigate to the System event log.  It should be sorted by time/date automatically.  You'll want to scroll down to the times during which the remote desktop service stopped functioning... looking for errors or warnings, but even an 'informational' message might indicate that a service was stopped and restarted.

While you're in there, if you don't find anything in the system log, I'd navigate over to the application log and perform the same check.

Good news and bad news.
The good news is that message would be the reason you're getting disconnected.
The bad news is FIXING the underlying root cause is going to be much more involved.  I've not encountered the specific error myself in the past, but google is my friend. This post summarizes a whole list of possible causes/solutions...  but you'll need to enlist an administrator to help out.

The event in the log has been found which is the reason RDP becomes unavailable.  The underlying root cause is a much more involved issue.
