"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It would appear to be a virus.  Check out this Microsoft thread

Run a complete virus scan with your Anti Virus application and then run a scan with Malwarebytes.

I would suggest to leave those files as it is and change folder settings.
Go to Control Panel -> Appearance and Personalization->Select Folder Options -> Select View tab-> Under Advanced Settings-> Select Hide protected operating system files and check the box -> Click Save and Ok.
You will no longer see those files
