office 365 staged migration error-no subscription found for the user

Good day,

doing a staged mgiration for mailbox frome xchange 2007 sp2 to office 365.getting a new error no subscription found for the user . items are syncing if i go into the migration batch details. spoke to microsoft tech who suggested checking guid of on premises and exchange online mailbox and change them to same.

figured out GUID is different by running get-mailbox fl exchangeguid command on EMs on exchange on premises and on the powershell .

stuck at a point where get-remotemailbox does not work nor does the set-remotemailbox. am connected to the office365 online through powershell. have tried using azure ad powershell and exchange powershell also. can get other commands like migration batch etc.

appreciate if someone could shed some light on the same

Run Setup /prepareAD again on the server and check. Then post the update.

Also use Remove-MoveRequest or MigrationBatches to clear the requests if any.

If the move request completed at the end, you could ignore this error.
