outlook email analytics

I have a lot of outlook emails. We end up servicing lots of different groups on different topics. Do you know of some email analytics software that loops through my outlook emails and suggest things like: what topics most discusses, which teams most helped, what times is the average time needed to resolve an email thread etc.
I am just trying to understand if there is an option in the market, that allows me to understand my where most of my time, commitment and resources are going.
