Hello Experts, working with Citrix, took over when other admin left.  Currently have XenApp with 19 published applications.  If you take a look at the screen shot that I've attached I'm trying to figure out how to replace old admin so we can disable his account.  Do i need to publish every all over using a different account?

Hi,

Removing old admin from AD doesn't harm your Citrix published applications. If the applications assigned to specific groups/members then it will apply to the group members, no matter who published. You can goahead and remove the admin from AD.

So let me understand this, even though the username is using the old admin's account disabling will have no effect on applications?  Thought the connection string used that particular account for logging in / connecting to DB?

Make sure it's not the only admin configured.  Change the password and login with that account, and create a full administrator role to an AD group such as CitrixAdmins.
IS the admin used same his personal credentials to config the configuration logging?? Is so then yo ucan create a service account and config the same or you go with group too. You can ref these steps for clarifcation on config http://shabaztech.com/enabling-configuration-logging-citrix-xenapp-6-5/

Is the same user credentials also used for the data store database? look in c:\program files\citrix\independent management architecture\mf20.dsn on any of the XenApp servers.
