Good morning!
I had a user with o365 business. They sent me an email with the request to get E3 so that they could enable power pivot pro. When we check the com-addins, I don't see it listed.
Steps I've taken to get where I am:
Bought new subscription for E3 and assigned to user
Logged user out of their o365 and then logged them in with newly created E3 account
Checked com-addins under file->options->add-ins

PS. Am I supposed to download a pack for E3? When I logged them off and back in as the new user, we weren't prompted to do anything.
