Power Pivot pro

Good morning!

I had a user with o365 business.  They sent me an email with the request to get E3 so that they could enable power pivot pro. When we check the com-addins, I don't see it listed.

Steps I've taken to get where I am:
Bought new subscription for E3 and assigned to user
Logged user out of their o365 and then logged them in with newly created E3 account
Checked com-addins under file->options->add-ins

Thanks in advance!
Chris

PS.  Am I supposed to download a pack for E3?  When I logged them off and back in as the new user, we weren't prompted to do anything.

FIgured it out.  You're supposed to download whatever new version of office you subscribe to and install it on top (to retain settings) or remove the old version and install the new.
