I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Looks like you haven't created a collection yet.  That's all. It isn't missing. It just doesn't exist. It's one of the tasks available.
WellingtonISAuthor Commented:
Do you mean create a query or add the server to the collection?
Cliff GaliherCommented:
On your second screenshot, the *big* main pane that says "COLLECTIONS" and is empty.  On the far right of that pane is a small "tasks" dropdown list.  One of the tasks is to create a session collection.

Collections are how clients connect to an RDS deployment. So you need to have one.

OK so that's the problem.  I can't do it.  I'm going to have to call my corp  office to connect that.  They have the license server on their end and I suspect it's a permissions thing. thanks.
