Black screen of death - windows Server 2008

Our domain controller is comi g with onlu a black screen with the mouse. We are unable to log in because the ctrl alt del does not appear just stays black. We have tried safe mode, safe mode with networking, last known good configuration, directory services recovery mode, debugging mode, etc... with no luck. This happened after applying a test gpo that applied admin right to a user to assist in upgrading an erp software.

You said you applied a GP... I hope the domain controller is in a different OU than the PC you applied the gp to?
