Passwrod Policy Win Server 2012 R2

I would like to stop users from changine thier password in AD from something default such as userpassword@1 or Passwrod@123, thier lastname@11 Firstname@#11....
It mean I want to stop some specfic names in passwrod......

You can change the complexity in the default domain gpo

It is enabled.

If i change my user password to Computer@1 and force them to change their password at first login. Instead of changing it to something different they are changing it to Computer@2 or Computer@3. I don't want them to be able to use the same name or words again....

as far as i know, there is no built in gpo/option to prevent users from using an incremental password
