Only way is with a password filter such as
https://nfrontsecurity.com/products/nfront-password-filter/

These passwords are considered complex without it

hi

You can change the complexity in the default domain gpo

default domain policy GPO

It is enabled.

If i change my user password to Computer@1 and force them to change their password at first login. Instead of changing it to something different they are changing it to Computer@2 or Computer@3. I don't want them to be able to use the same name or words again....

as far as i know, there is no built in gpo/option to prevent users from using an incremental password

So it mean there is no chance to implement this policy with win 2012?

No, not without a password filter
