Does anyone know what is the best device to Boost celluar signal inside a big brick building?

Some cell providers have an alternate method that may or may not be a better solution. They'll sell (typically $150 or so) a device that connects to your internet connection and acts as a local cell tower. Depending on a number of factors (support by your cell provider, if you have only one cell provider, your internet quality, etc.) this may be a better solution.

The repeater antenna method mentioned is a more comprehensive solution, though more expensive and difficult to install. It all depends on your actual requirements.
