Setup new firewall for Remote Web Access

Client has small NT network with 1 SBS 2011 server as AD, FS, everything (Exchange disabled - use Office 365 now). Remote employees access the Shared files thru https://mail.xxxxxx.com/remote. Upgraded firewall from a Sonicwall TZ105 to a Draytek 2960. I have opened ports 443, 987 and 1723 and we still can not get into the Remote Web Access. What step am I missing? Thx for your help.

You said you opened the firewall, but did you create NAT rules?

Have used  a smaller Draytek before and that is how I did it. But this model has no "Open Ports" tab under NAT... just Port Redirection, Server Load Balance, DMZ Host, ALG and Connection Timeout. Can;t find "Open Ports" anywhere. Firmware is up to date. ???

Got it... Had to change default ports under Management to start working... thanks.
