Microsoft Word zoom stuck at 55%.

My word is stuck at 55% zoom and won't adjust how do I fix this. I have a Windows 10 laptop, and Word 2016.

goto, View in ribbon and select zoom , change to desired size.

It looks your word document is freezed did you tried closing and re-open it ?
