Exchange 2016 - Content index state: HealthyAndUpgrading

I have completed upgrading Exchange 2016 CU5 to CU7, and everything went well, but on the very last server, I now see the following on Content index state:  HealthyAndUpgrading on an active mounted DB. Everything seems fine but just wondering what is this all about. I can't seem to find anything online about this either. Does anyone have any ideas on this.
