How to remove Exchange from Active Directory after migration to cloud?

I have migrated to Office 365 from SBS2011.
Now I have only Server 2016 domain controllers and i would like to get rid of any traces of Exchange from Active Directory.

I do not have old Exchange server available to do proper uninstall.

Any thoughts?
