OneDrive for Business / Windows 10 Version 10.0.16299
One of our users is having difficulties making OneDrive for Business work.
He is using version 10.0.16299 and he is not on the Insider Preview, he said.
When he opens the OneDrive folder, nothing happens. There are no error messages.
He seems to have already reset OneDrive by following an advice I gave him.
Before I ask him to workspace/reset his machine, I would like to gather some feedback here.
Has anyone had the same issue with OneDrive before with the same version of Windows?

No / not at all. No error message - nothing. The user reset OneDrive, reinstalled it again ... which is strange.

He did and it doesn't work .. which is really strange.
Maybe it's best to just reinstall everything from an image.
Thanks for your help guys

Is the user getting this error ""We could not map your OneDrive. Please notify your network manager"? if so, it's happening due to logon failure. Office365 have changed their way of sign-in to onedrive. Please have a look https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/enterprisemobility/2017/08/02/the-new-azure-ad-signin-experience-is-now-in-public-preview/ and see if the user is able to login as the method suggested in the article?
